Refund policy
Once your items are delivered, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to ship ordered items back to us. We accept refunds on all clothing items that have not been worn or damaged by the customer. We do not accept refunds on any leather goods, i.e Sneakers, boots backpacks, wallets, or Custom Crafted Pieces, because we have had people order custom items from us, wear it once, then try to clean the fabrics and return them, for quality control reasons, we no longer accept refunds on custom crafted designs, but we do offer exchange or store credit towards a future purchase for all other items prior to the 14 days. After 14 days all sales are FINAL and returns will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The Exchanged item will be shipped with the same delivery method selected for the original items.
If you are shipping an item(s) over $75 of value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) as delivery depends on the service provider.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
All sales on 'Sale' items are Final.
